Rehabilitation of a house at rua João de Deus, Porto
. The new housing had as premise the client will and commitment to integrate the facade of the old paper mill house, between one and the other a transition space is created.

The scale, the drawing, the carpentry, the stairs and the hallway sliding panels reinforce the central charisma of this nucleus in the life of the house that either frames and delimits spaces of family experiences or recreates a house of open spaces. A house to be lived in intimacy and to be celebrate with friends.
. On the east part, the living space of the leaving rooms extends in to the patio, the balcony and the garden while in the west, in the contact of each space with the street, a balcony or a flinch on the facade – reinforces the intimacy.
